Photographs

  1. I would like to order a product that features a photograph. How do I send this to you?

    All About Me accepts photographs in digital or original formats.

    • Digital photographs can be sent via email or text message.
    • Original photographs may be posted to us here.

    Please quote your order reference number when sending.

  2. If I send an original photograph, will I get it back?

    Yes. We will endeavour to return your photograph with your completed order. However, we do not recommend that you send original photographs of sentimental value.

  3. Is it possible to have the photograph printed in Black & White instead of colour?

    Yes. Please indicate this when sending your photograph.

Orders & Delivery

  1. How do I pay for my order?

  2. How do I cancel my order?

    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you wish to do so, please email orders@allaboutme.ie to this effect quoting your order reference number.

  3. My order has arrived but it is damaged. What do I do?

    Please contact us immediately and will arrange for a replacement product to be delivered to you as soon as possible, at no extra charge to you.

Styles & Variations

  1. Can I have both of my parents on the same order?

    Yes. We can do this for either their Wedding Anniversary or their year of birth (if they were born in the same year). Please contact us directly to arrange this.

  2. Do you cater for twins?

    Yes. When ordering for twins (or triplets etc.) please provide all of their names together in the Name field of the relevant order form.

  3. My father is a sports fanatic. Can you produce a gift that features sport only?

    Yes. We can create a product that features details about most popular sports including GAA, Soccer, Rugby, Golf, Horse Racing, Motor Racing, Boxing, Olympics and many, many more. Please contact us directly to arrange this.

  4. Why doesn't my order have any music number ones?

    If you order a gift for someone that was born prior to 1952 then, unfortunately, it is not possible to determine the number one on the day they were born because there were no Music Charts prior to 1952. However, we will provide alternative musical details including popular artists and songs from that year.

  1. Can I add more information after submitting my order?

    Yes. If this is requried, we would ask that you notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.

  2. How do I rectify a mistake in my order?

    Please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to remedy the mistake before shipping.
